" Sant Dnyaneshwar Mauli humbly expresses gratitude for allowing him to dive deep into this subject with such a receptive audience.
He says, Just like babytalk is lovingly received by parents, it will be improper of me to ask your pardon for my mistakes.
He says, I know that comprehending Bhagwad Gita is no less than overstepping. And therefore I beg you all to be attentive.
Daring a gargantuan task of learning the wisdom of Bhagvad Gita is no less than glow of firefly to that of the sun or a bird titvi turning the ocean dry with a beak.
To embrace sky, one needs to be bigger than sky. Such is the next to impossible task of comprehending Bhagvad Gita.
Lord Shiva explained the greatness of the Bhagavad Gita to his consort, Parvati. Glorifying Bhagvad Gita He said, It is as absolute, imperishable, and eternal as you.
The Supreme Lord whose mere snoring sound turned into Vedic wisdom revealed Gita to Arjun personally.
Even Vedas turned silent while comprehending the infinite scope of Bhagvad Gita. Human comprehension is too little. The deeper we go within ourselves, the deeper is the meaning we discover in it. It is a message of eternity, and it has a timeless significance for every one of us. It does not get rusted or worn out by the movements of time. The vicissitudes of life have no impact upon this message, because it arises from a source which transcends the transitions of life.
Grasping the infinite scope of Bhagvad Gita is as improbable as making the brightness of the sun more radiant or a housefly holding the sky in a fist.
Sant Dnyaneshwar Mauli says, despite all these odds, I can still pursue it only because Guru Nivruttinath stand firmly behind me.
Gurukrupa like a lamp shall  save me from going astray even if the naive me may fail to act wisely. It is just like,
The Paras stone turns iron into gold. The person who drinks Amrut gains victory over the inevitable death. The blessings of goddess Saraswati turns a mute into voluble.
Kamadhenu is a celestial cow-goddess. It is believed to fulfill the wishes of its keeper, bringing good luck, prosperity, and overall well-being. Sant Dnyaneshwar Mauli says, Gurukrupa is like having Kamdhenu as your mother. Thus begins my attempt to write this book.
He earnestly requests all to pardon him for his lackings and give support wherever necessary.
Marionettes are puppets with strings, attached to parts of their bodies, that are worked from overhead by puppeteer, a person who works a puppet, making it move and appear to talk through a string. Similarly Sant Dnyaneshwar Mauli says, let me be the courier of Guru Nivruttinath.
Guru Nivruttinath said, there is no need to say all this. You have my consent to begin your interpretation of Bhagvad Gita."
