"Lord Krishna said, following Yoga Marga is but living in the world but not of the world. In other words, it is having a mind open to everything, but attached to nothing. The Supreme Lord Shiva is seen as having achieved this state, making him the embodiment of yoga. Many other yogis initially began following other paths, yet the transformative journey of self discovery lead them to the main course. Following the path of Self Realization, they straightaway sought the 'Mahashunya' state, a profound state of emptiness and stillness where all thoughts and mental activity cease. It's not a state of nothingness, but rather a boundless space where the individual's awareness transcends the limitations of the ego and the mind, becoming one with the vastness of existence. In this state, the individual experiences a profound sense of unity with the universe, a merging of the Self into the larger Reality. It's a state of perfect peace and stillness, where the boundaries between the individual and the world dissolve. This is the path followed by the great sages that turned them from an aspirant to the Accomplished, the Perfected Masters who have achieved the spiritual perfection. The Self Realized Souls too attained greatness following this path. The basic human needs of hunger and thirst transcend in yogic path. This isn't about starving oneself, but rather about achieving a state where the mind is less driven by these desires and more focused on the spiritual path. The aspirant on the yogic path is so absorbed in the journey within that the duality of day and night ceases. With every step he gets closer to the Liberation from the mundane existence. And  even if he goes askew, the Supreme Bliss is always there! East or west, this journey is steady and One Pointed. It's characterized by a clear and unwavering attention, free from distraction and wandering thoughts. Wherever he goes on this path, it is not merely going. It is Becoming that place. What more can I say about its merit, because you will yourself realize it when you will experience it. Having listened to Lord Krishna, Arjun said when will that happen O'Grace- Full Lord, I am eager to know. Lord Krishna replied, don't be so impulsive Parth, I was in the process of telling you, but you cut me in mid sentence and asked."
