"Having listened to what Lord Krishna said Arjun asked, related to this I would like to know few things. Lord Krishna encouraged him to ask anything he wishes to know and satisfy his curiosity. Arjun said please tell me whom should we call a Sthitapradnya, a person who possesses a serene disposition and an almost effortless ability to maintain emotional equilibrium? How to identify such a person? How to know who has an unruffled state of being characterized by calmness, self-assurance, and poise? An illumined soul who realizes in his heart, through Samadhi (a state of total bliss and withdrawal from the outside world.) the Infinite Brahman which is something of the nature of Immutable Consciousness and a Pure Bliss. Please describe him in detail, about how he lives and how he appears to others. Having heard this Lord Krishna, the incarnation of the Supreme Lord Narayan endowed with six opulences, the divine & auspicious qualities: dnyan (knowledge), bala (strength), aishvarya (affluence), shakti (omnipotence), virya (creative potency) and tejas (splendor) began to speak."
