"Contentment and happiness go together. And with contentment the desire ceases. Similarly with the Supreme Lord being so fond of Arjun, he becoming Bramha or Self Realization is but natural. Arjun was indeed blessed. It is beyond the scope of words to describe the multifaceted, and deeply significant relationship between Lord Krishna and Arjun. This is because His realization did not come true to even likes of Lord Indra after thousands of births. When Lord Krishna heard Arjun of his aspiration to become Bramha, He thought dispassion must have taken root in his mind like an unborn child in mother's womb. Though still early, the dispassion is already in full bloom like in spring, being fully aware of Soham or "I am That."
(Spring is a time when nature comes back to life after the dormancy of winter, symbolizing hope, growth, and fresh starts.)
It didn't take long for Lord Krishna to realize that it won't take much time for Arjun to attain the fruits of Self Realization. He was convinced that complete dispassion has come true for Arjun. All that Arjun shall seek now on, he would attain it quickly. The same is true for anything he learns too. And so Lord Krishna thought it is the right time for Me to introduce him to the highest of all paths, the Yoga Marga."
