II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II

अगा मानस हें एक I माझ्या स्वरूपीं वृत्तिक I करूनि घालीं निष्टंक I बुद्धिनिश्चयेंसीं II 97 II
इयें दोनी सरिसीं I मजमाजि प्रेमेसीं I रिगालीं तरी पावसी I मातें तूं गा II 98 II
जे मन बुद्धि इहीं I घर केलें माझ्या ठायीं I तरि सांगे मग काई I मी तूं ऐसें उरे II 99 II
म्हणोनि दीप पालवे I सवेंचि तेज मालवे I कां रविबिंबासवें I प्रकाशु जाय II 100 II
उचललेया प्राणासरिसीं I इंद्रियेंही निगती जैसीं I तैसा मनोबुद्धिपाशीं I अहंकारु ये II 101 II
म्हणोनि माझिया स्वरूपीं I मनबुद्धि इयें निक्षेपीं I येतुलेनि सर्वव्यापी मीचि होसी II 102 II
यया बोला काहीं I आनारिसें नाहीं I आपली आण पाहीं I वाहतु असें गा II 103 II

"Lord Krishna said to Arjun, with intellectual determination concentrate all Vruttis (mental modifications, fluctuations, or "waves" of consciousness, often described as whirlpools in the mind, that shape our perception and experience), on Me. The harmonious integration of the mind and intellect (or "buddhi") leads to My realization.
With the mind and intellect merged into Me, the duality of "me, you" ceases. Just like put out a lamp, the radiance ceases, or as the sun sets, the light disappears. Just like the senses chase the vital life force as it leaves the body, the "I" Consciousness follows the mind and intellect. And therefore steadying mind and intellect at Me, you will become all-encompassing like Me. I swear on Myself that what I told you is the absolute truth."
