अशेषांही रुद्रांमाझारीं I शंकर जो मदनारी I तो मी येथ न धरीं I भांति काहीं II 225 II
यक्षरक्षोगणांआंतु I शंभूचा सखा जो धनवंतु I तो कुबेरु मी हें अनंतु I म्हणता जाहला II 226 II
मग आठांही वसूंमाझारीं I पावकु तो मी अवधारीं I शिखराथिलियां सर्वोपरी I मेरु तो मी II 227 II

"Of all Rudras, I am Shiva who burnt to ashes Madan, God of desire and love. Of the Yakshas, the benevolent spirits associated with wealth, fertility, prosperity, and treasure, I am Kuber, God of Wealth and the treasurer of the gods. He is a close friend of Lord Shiva. Of the Ashta Vasus, the eight divine personifications of the fundamental elements that make up the universe 
earth, fire, water, air, sun, sky, moon, and stars, I am Agni, the fire. I am Meru, the tallest among all mountains."
