"As the day of Bramha begins, the Unmanifest Formless Supreme Reality, Bramha manifests as world of objects and forms. All forms emerge out of this One Reality, and after four prahars' merge back into it. With the next dawn the cycle repeats. With the beginning of Sharad Rutu (Autumn), the sky is generally clear. Towards the end of Grishma Rutu (summer) however the clouds return. Similarly the Creation made of Panchmahabhutas' comes into being with the beginning of day of Bramha. It stays till one thousand cycles of the four yugas (Satya, Treta, Dvapar, and Kali) are complete. Night of Bramha is a time when the universe, in its manifested form, dissolves back into an unmanifest state, similar to a period of dormancy before a new cycle of Creation begins. The unmanifested universe holds the seeds for the next manifestation. The period of manifestation of universe (Day of Brahma) followed by period of its dissolution (Night of Brahma) together constitute a full cosmic day. The "seed" of the universe, representing the origin of all living beings is attributed to Brahma, so gigantic is it's expanse, yet it too is subjected to the cycle of death and rebirth. The cosmic play of emergence and dissolution of the universe is about all forms emerge out of the Supreme Reality, remain sustained by this Reality, and ultimately merge back into this Reality. Just like a tree owes it's existence to the seed, clouds merge into the sky, the state of oneness holding the multiplicity of this manifold universe is called as "Samya."
