"When threads are interlaced at right angles (horizontally and vertically), they form a two-dimensional plane, which we typically recognize as fabric. Similarly the universe is the Divine play Maya with Trigunas' Sattva, Raja, Tama interlaced as threads. Just like the small squares formed by threads woven at right angles, the Creation made of Panchamahabhutas' comes into being. Just like milk turns solid with fermentation, similarly Creation is the the result of the interplay between Prakruti and the Trigunas (Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas). Just like when seed is watered, it sprouts and grows into a young seedling, then a sapling, and eventually develops into a multi-branched tree. The analogy of a seed sprouting into a multi-branched tree effectively captures the process of Creation. The king built the city. Even though it is true, did he actually built it with his own hands? Similarly coming to a wakeful state, the transition from sleep to a conscious, the legs do not fatigue as after a long walk. The gist of it is that when the Creation unfolds, I don't hold the doership. Doership is the subjective experience of being the one who initiates and carries out actions. Subjects are under the rule of a monarch. Yet they carry out their duties, the tasks assigned to them diligently. Similarly with Me as the underlying support it is Prakruti that creates everything in the universe. I do not actually participate. During the full moon, the sea experiences higher high tide. For this do the moon need any additional effort? An iron that is otherwise difficult to be displaced, moves easily when it comes in the vicinity of a magnet. But for that does the magnet need to do any extra effort? In short the Maya enables the divine play of Creation to unfold. The divine uses its power of Maya to create the world as we experience it, allowing for the diversity and dynamism of existence. Prakruti is the root cause of all beings and the material source of the universe. It is the primal matter or nature from which all manifested forms arise. Essentially, it is the foundational, unmanifested substance that gives rise to the diverse world we experience just like it is the ground from which the seed sprouts into seedling, sapling, leaves etc. From the childhood to old age it is the state of the body that defines the different stages of life. The rainy season is the root cause of the rain clouds in the sky. Just like sleep is the primary cause of the dreams, similarly Prakruti is the primal cause of the Creation. Fixed or moving, subtle or gross, it is the Prakruti that is the root cause of the universe. And therefore the doership of the Creation or its sustainance, neither belongs to Me. The moonbeams reflect in water as long vines, yet this growth is not the making of the moon. Similar is My non-doership said Lord Krishna to Arjun."
