"With the offering of its glow, Kundalini manifests solely as the vital force. Let me have your attention Parth, for I shall now describe how she looks said Lord Krishna to Arjun. She has unwrapped the pitambar, a yellow garment she was wearing earlier and kept it aside. Just like a lamp being put out by wind or a fleeting flash of lightening, it appears like a flow of gold or radiant glow flowing into the lotus heart and disappearing into it. It is Shakti merging into itself, along with Nad, Bindu, Kala and Jyoti.
(The "heart" is often compared with lotus. This inner "lotus" is where the true Self resides, a place of purity and spiritual awareness.)
(Nad (sound), Bindu (dot/point), Kala , and Jyoti (light/energy) are essential elements associated with Creation. It sees the universe as emanating from and dissolving into the Primordial Sound Omkar.
Nada (Sound):
Nada represents the subtle sound or vibration that is the foundation of the universe, often associated with the Premordial Sound of Omkar
Bindu (Dot/Point):
Bindu is the unmanifested, primordial point from which the Creation emerges. It can be seen as the seed or source of all existence.
Kala:
Kala relates to extremely subtle unfolding of the universe.
Jyoti (Light/Energy):
Jyoti represents the radiant energy or light that is essential for the manifestation of the universe and the Creation of all forms.)
In this state, conquering the mind, control of breath and contemplation also cease. The imagination ceases in entirety. There is a slowly dissolving of the PanchaMahabhutas', the five great elements of nature –ether, air, fire, water, and earth.
Merging physical body into itself by yogic practice is the core philosophy of Nath-Sampraday.
(The Nath-Sampraday aims to establish complete identity between the individual (Pinda) and the universe (Bramhanda).
This identity is experienced through intuitive realization during Samadhi, a state of deep meditative absorption, after the Kundalini energy is aroused and reaches the highest chakra.)
In this way Lord Krishna unveiled the otherwise imperceptible KNOWLEDGE knowing that it is the receptive audience."
