पैं कौरवकुळचक्रवर्ती I मज हाचि विस्मयो पुढतपुढती I जें श्रियेहूनि त्रिजगतीं I सदैव असे कवणी II 165 II
ना तरी खूणेचें वानावयालागीं I श्रुतीवांचूनि दावा पां जगीं I ना सेवकपण तरी आंगीं I शेषाच्याचि आथी II 166 II
हां हो जयाचेनि सोसें I शिणत आठही पाहार योगी जैसे I अनुसरलें गरुडाऐसें I कवण आहे II 167 II
परि तें आघवेंचि एकीकडे ठेलें I सापें कृष्णसुख एकंदरें जाहलें I जिये दिवूनि जन्मले I पांडव हे II 168 II
परि पांचांहीआंतु अर्जुना I श्रीकृष्ण सावियाचि जाहला अधीना I कामुक कां जैसा अंगना I आपैता कीजे II 169 II
पढविलें पाखिरूं ऐसें न बोले I यापरी क्रीडामृगही तैसा न चले I कैसें दैव एथें सुरवाडलें I तें जाणों न ये II 170 II
आजि परब्रम्ह हें सगळें I भोगावया सदैव याचेचि डोळे I कैसे वाचेचि हन लळे I पाळीत असे II 171 II
हा कोपे कीं निवांतु साहे I हा रुसे तरी बुझावित जाये I नवल पिसें लागलें आहे I पार्थाचें देवा II 172 II
एऱ्हवीं विषय जिणोनि जन्मले I जे शुकादिक दादुले I ते विषयोचि वानितां जाहले I भाट ययाचे II 173 II
हा योगियांचें समाधिधन I कीं होऊनि ठेलें पार्थाअधीन I यालागीं विस्मयो माझें मन I करीतसे राया II 174 II
तेवींचि संजय म्हणे कायसा I विमयो एथें कौरवेशा I श्रीकृष्णें स्वीकारिजै तया ऐसा I भाग्योदय होय II 175 II
म्हणोनि तो देवांचा रावो I म्हणे पार्थातें तुज दृष्टि देवों I जया विश्वरूपाचा ठावो I देखसी तूं II 176 II
"Then Sanjay said to Dhrutarashtra, O'King of Kauravas' what amazes me is that in the realm of three worlds, there is hardly anyone more fortunate than Goddess Laxmi. Who else than the Vedas can propound the Supreme Truth so emphatically? Among the devoted servants of the Supreme Lord, there is no one higher than the cosmic serpent Shesh. As steadfast in devotion as the yogis who remain absorbed in the contemplation of the Supreme Lord Narayan is Garud who serves Him as the divine mount. His loyalty reflecting the ideal devotee's unwavering devotion. More fortunate than these were Pandavas' because Lord Krishna served them as their spiritual mentor and guide. He was a lighthouse, showing them the way to righteousness (dharma), and His wisdom was the key to navigating the moral and political complexities of their lives. Lord Krishna's love for the Pandavas was deep and encompassing. He served as their protector, guide, and closest confidante throughout their lives. Lord Krishna's fondness for Arjun was like a woman is a weak point of a lascivious person. The fluidity with which He conveyed His thoughts to Arjun, more pronounced than even the bird trained to speak. His presence in the company of Arjun is as carefree as a petted animal. Arjun asked numerous, pointed questions, demonstrating his genuine quest for knowledge. Lord Krishna, in his role as Arjun's mentor and guide was a perfect and attentive listener, bear him in silence when he found Arjun agitated, resolve the misunderstanding. Lord Krishna's fondness for Arjun was phenomenal. It is an exceptional and celebrated bond exemplifying the ideal combination of friendship, devotion, and divine guidance. Great sages like Shuka known to have conquered the senses right from their birth, heartily sing praises of Lord Krishna, describe the ecstasy of Ras Krida, a divine dance performed by Lord Krishna with the gopis (cowherd maidens) of Vrindavan on a full moon autumn night. Sanjay said, It amazes me to know that Lord Krishna, who the yogis contemplate through profound meditative absorption, grew so fond of Arjun. But again why should it be because blessed are those on whom His Grace-full Gaze falls. Lord Krishna said to Arjun, I now grant you the Divine Vision that will enable you to behold the Vishwaroop, His all encompassing Supreme, Universal Cosmic form."
