"Those who do not regret the past are considered to be living in alignment with the very essence of "Karma Yog" which means performing one's duty without attachment to the results, essentially letting go of past actions and focusing on the present moment with a detached mindset. When there is no regret, there is no anger. Such a person actively works on managing and controlling anger through practices like mindfulness and self-awareness.
Lord Krishna said, the Self Realized Souls absorbed in Me live exclusively to serve Me, remain unruffled in all circumstances. Those who subject to Tapas and have my name at the tip of their tongue all the time have all the Self Realization accumulated within. Just like when impurities are removed, the brass shines as brightly as gold, those who stringently subject to Yama-Niyama, the two sets of ethical practices that are crucial for achieving mental poise and personal spiritual development, emerge as spiritually wise becoming One with Me."
