म्हणोनि आपुलीं आपणपया I जरी इंद्रियें येती आया I तरी अधिक कांहीं धनंजया I सार्थक असे II 351 II
देखें कुर्म जियापरी I उवाइला अवयव पसरी I ना तरी इच्छावशें आवरी I आपणपेंचि II 352 II
तैसीं इंद्रियेंआपैतीं होती I जयाचें म्हणितलें करिती I तयाची प्रज्ञा जाण स्थिती I पावली असे II 353 II
आतां आणिक एक गहन I पूर्णाचें चिन्ह I अर्जुना तुज सांगेन I परिस पां II 354 II

"And therefore said Lord Krishna to Arjun, it is indeed a great accomplishment if control of the senses is attained without much effort. Just as a tortoise withdraws its limbs into its shell according to its desire, a Truly Wise ( Sthitapradnya) person withdraws their senses from sense objects to maintain inner peace and focus. Let me now draw your attention to one more characteristic of such an enlightened being."
