जें सायासें स्तन्य सेवी I तें पक्वांन्नें केवीं जेवी I म्हणोनि बाळका जैसीं नेदावीं I धनुर्धरा II 172 II
तैसीं कर्मीं जया योग्यता I तयाप्रति नैष्कर्म्यता I न प्रगटावी खेळतां I आदिकरुनि II 173 II
तेथें सत्क्रियाचि लावावी I तेचि एकी प्रशंसावी I नैष्कर्मींही दावावी I आचरोनी II 174 II
तया लोकसंग्रहालागीं I वर्ततां कर्मसंगीं I तो कर्मबंधु आंगीं I वाजेलना II 175 II
जैसी बहुरुपियांचीं रावोराणी I स्त्रीपुरुषभावो नाहीं मनीं I परी लोकसंपादणी I तैसीच करिती II 176 II

"Just like delicacies should not be given to the child to whom drinking even mother's milk is strenuous, similarly the one deserving action should not be advised about refraining from doing karma even casually. Such person needs to be guided by a truly wise about what is the best way to perform the duties, by praising it and leading him by becoming his inspiration. In this way the karma done for the betterment of society doesn't become a burden on the doer of the karma. Just like those enacting kings and queens  entertain people knowing they are neither of them, the truly wise work for the betterment of society doing karma without expecting anything in return."
