"Lord Krishna said,  'Karmanishtha' implies a state of being, a dedicated worker, focused on performing one's duty without attachment to the results. Keeping faith in their capabilities they seek their intended desire wholeheartedly engaging Shatkarma, a set of six yogic cleansing techniques used in Hatha Yoga to purify the body and mind.
(The Six Shatkarma Techniques are:
1) Jala Neti: Nasal cleansing, typically using water to flush out the nasal passages.
2) Dhauti: Cleansing of the digestive tract.
3) Nauli: Abdominal massage, using abdominal muscles to stimulate and strengthen the digestive organs.
4) Basti: Yogic enema, cleansing the colon.
5) Kapalbhati: A breathing technique involving forceful exhalation and passive inhalation, which is believed to clear the respiratory passages and enhance oxygenation.
6) Trataka: Intense gazing at a point, helping to cultivate concentration and mental clarity.)
Or just like to attain a particular objective the WISE combat the mundane existence wearing the shield of KNOWLEDGE.
Or holding a desire just like a 'Tapaswi', characterized by their voluntary renunciation of worldly pleasures and wealth, embracing a life of austerity for spiritual advancement strive to climb the often slippery cut cliff of high wall of Fort Tapas.
(These cliffs are often cut or shaped to create steep, nearly vertical walls, making the fort nearly impossible to attack or scale.)
THAT which is worth of devotion for the devotees, THAT which is the principle subject of the fire sacrifice for its performers and THAT which is auspicious and revered to all, all the time is the Supreme Consciousness that person has become himself. He becomes Moksha, the crowning fruition of all endeavors. Therefore he becomes venerable to the Karmanistha, subject of KNOWLEDGE for the WISE and highest among the Tapaswi's.
For the mind that experiences the confluence of (Jeev) the individual soul and (Paramatma) the Supreme Consciousness, such a person rises to Greatness while living. It suggests not just surviving or simply existing, but thriving and leaving a lasting impact on the world. And therefore Lord Krishna urged Arjun to become a Yogi."
