"Describing the Supreme Bliss Lord Krishna said, a mind engrossed in the state of profound meditative absorption transcends the Vaasanas. Vaasanas' are the past impressions, or the subconscious inclinations or karmic imprints that otherwise influence a person's thoughts, feelings, and actions. The Supreme Bliss is a central theme in Yoga, representing the ultimate state of happiness, fulfillment, and realization beyond ordinary experience. Yoga is seen as a path towards this state, encouraging individuals to transcend the limitations of the physical body and mind to connect with their true nature and the universe. The Supreme Bliss is the crowning fruition of the sense of KNOWLEDGE. The Supreme Bliss manifests through consistent yogic practice. And with this one can attain a deeper understanding of their true nature and the nature of reality, leading to a profound sense of connection and Bliss."
