तेथ आर्त तो आर्तीचेनि व्याजें I जिज्ञासु तो जाणावयालागीं भजे I तिजेनि तेणें इच्छिजे I अर्थसिद्धि II 110 II
मग चौथियाच्या ठायीं I कांहींचि करणें नाहीं I म्हणोनि भक्तु एक पाहीं I ज्ञानिया जो II 111 II
जे तया ज्ञानाचेनि प्रकाशें I फिटलें भेदाभेदाचें कडवसें I मग मीचि जाहला समरसें I आणि भक्तुही तेवींचि II 112 II
परि आणिकांचिये दिठी नावेक I जैसा स्फटिकुचि आभासे उदक I तैसा ज्ञानी नव्हे कौतुक I सांगता तो II 113 II
जैसा वारा कां गगनीं विरे I मग वारेपण वेगळें नुरे I तेवीं भक्त हे पैज न सरे I जरी ऐक्या आला II 114 II
जरी पवन हालवूनि पाहिजे I तरी गगनावेगळा देखिजे I एऱ्हवीं गगन तो सहजें I असे जैसें II 115 II
तैसें शारीरें हन कर्में I तो भक्त ऐसा गमे I परी अंतरप्रतीतिधर्में I मीचि जाहला II 116 II
आणा ज्ञानाचेनि उजिडलेपणें I मी आत्मा ऐसें तो जाणे I म्हणऊनि मीही तैसेंचि म्हणें I उचंबळला सातां II 117 II
हां गा जीवापैलीकडिलिये खुणे I जो पावोनि वावरों जाणे I तो देहाचेनि वेगळेपणें I काय वेगळा होय II 118 II
"An 'Aarta' devotee is one who is distressed, experiencing pain, suffering, or hardship. They turn to God, seeking His Grace to alleviate their suffering and overcome their difficulties.
Jidnyasu devotee is driven by a desire for KNOWLEDGE and understanding, particularly of the divine or the ultimate truth. They are inquisitive and seek to understand the nature of God, the universe, and their place in it.
Artharthi devotee turns to God with the desire for blessings related to their worldly pursuits, including wealth, power, and other material benefits.
Dnyani devotee is a WISE and enlightened individual whose devotion is rooted in the understanding of the ultimate truth, making them the most pure and selfless among devotees. Illuminated by the KNOWLEDGE of the Self, they transcend the darkness of duality. Having attained 'Sayujya', a state of liberation (Moksha) characterized by merging into the divine, ultimately becoming one with it, their devotion is Me worshipping Myself. The merging of the Dnyani devotee with the divine is like the momentary illusion of water in a crystal. The very ethos of a Dnyani transcends the limitations of language. It's a feeling that words alone cannot capture. When the wind merges into the sky, it's wind-ness ceases. Similarly when the devotee merges into Me, his other-ness ceases. Just like the movement of the wind reveals it's distinctness from the sky, similarly only when his body is in action, the Dnyani appears as a devotee, while remaining merged into the divine through Self Realization. In the illumination of the KNOWLEDGE of the Self, "I am Aatma" is a declaration of self-identification with the Supreme Reality, the True Self, and the eternal, unchanging essence that lies beyond the limitations of the physical body and mind. Overwhelmed by love for him, I too call the Dnyani devotee an 'Aatma'. Tell me Arjun, asked Lord Krishna, how is someone who has realized his True Self different from Me even if he assumes a body?"
