"A person obsessed with lust and anger has no ears for the words of wisdom. Anger destroys all peace and virtue. The object of anger can be anything but the nature of anger is harm, the wish to harm that being or thing. Therefore it is a violent, intense mind.
Tapatraya are the three types of sufferings,
Adhyatmik: Suffering caused by internal factors, such as disease
Adhibhoutik: Suffering caused by physical forces, such as earthquakes
Adhidaivik: Suffering caused by karmic factors
Anger is inherently connected to suffering, as it often arises as a natural reaction to perceived pain, injustice, or frustration, which are all forms of suffering; essentially, when someone experiences something painful or upsetting, anger can be a way to express that discomfort and attempt to address the situation causing the suffering."
