"A doubt has arised in my mind. Who would clarify it better than You my mentor and Guru said Arjun. Suppose someone strives for Moksha or Liberation without pursuing yogic practice. Transcending the realm of senses and seeking the Supreme Realization he approached it walking a faith path. Having travelled some distance, yet not reached to his destination he lost his life. Now just like a suddenly appeared thin layer of cloud doesn't sustain and shower as well, such a person caught midway misses both, the Supreme Realization as well as gratification of the senses he so tried to keep at bay using his faith resolve. What is the 'gati' such a person attains?
The concept of "gati" at the end of life refers to the next state or "destination" a being experiences after death, influenced by their actions and Karma. This "gati" is not simply a fixed fate, but a result of one's choices and the consequences they generate, leading to rebirth in a specific realm or state of being."
