"When something cannot be fully expressed in words, where the mind is still, and no thoughts exist, when intention or resolution has been fulfilled; is no longer actively pursued. The beauty of 'Unmani Awastha', the "no-mind state". It is a meditative state where the mind is free from thoughts and mental activity. The blooming youth of 'Turiya Awastha', the "fourth state" of consciousness, the state that lies beyond the three primary states of consciousness: Jagrat (waking), Svapna (sleeping), and Sushupti (deep sleep). Turiya Avastha is often seen as a form of Self-Realization, where the individual soul (Jiva) merges with the Supreme Reality. It is the One, that has no beginning, is infinite, an all encompsssing that is beyond all attributes and limitations.
It is often described as Pure Existence, Pure Consciousness. The "seed of the universe", the origin or initial point from which the universe is believed to have sprung. A singular point of a fundamental essence from which all Creation stems. It is the crowning fruition of the yogic endeavors, the liveliness of Pure Bliss. The Formless Supreme Reality is often understood through the concept of Moksha, which signifies freedom from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, but also as the Realization of one's true nature and a state of eternal peace and bliss. It has no beginning and no end. The Pancha Mahabhootas', or five great elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth), represent the fundamental constituents of the Supreme Reality, providing the basis for the Creation and manifestation of all things. The sun owes it's fire to the Supreme Reality. I am this Supreme Reality said Lord Krishna to Arjun. It however manifested as Chaturbhuja, the Form that symbolizes divine power, strength, and the ability to perform multiple actions only to save My devotees from the unjust treatment by the non-believers.
The Supreme Reality is beyond the parlance of words. However those who have attained the Self Realization pursuing the yogic practice steadfastly become Pure Bliss themselves. They are but the idols made by pouring the Supreme Essence as the molten metal into the human body that is like a casting. It reflects in their divine glow. With this Realization comes seeing Parabramha everywhere. It is about recognizing the presence of this Supreme Reality in all aspects of life, from the natural world to one's own inner self."
