"The duality that me and the universe are the distinct entities ceased and this realization dissolved his self. The Supreme ecstasy flooded inside, the body turned inert, and the excitement was felt from feet to head. In the beginning of the rainy season when water rolls down the mountain, the grass seeds sprout. Similarly Arjun felt the excitement run through him. Just like the touch of moonbeam melts the Chandrakant Mani, the Moonstone, the Beads of sweat appeared. The surge of exhilaration within made his body shiver with joy just like the lotus flower quivers with honeybee trapped inside. The tears of joy rolled down his cheeks like moisture inside the trunk of banana makes the camphor inside roll down. Just like the rising moon draws the ocean to it with an irresistible pull, similarly Arjun was overwhelmed by the waves of ecstasy. He became the beautiful confluence of Ashta Sattvik Bhavas, the eight involuntary physical manifestations of intense spiritual emotion experienced by a devotee namely
Stambha: Stupefaction or paralysis
Sveda: Perspiration
Romancha: goosebumps
Svara bheda: Faltering or change in voice
Vepathu: Trembling
Vaivarṇya: Change or fading of color (pallor)
Ashru: Tears
Pralaya: fainting
Arjun experienced the ultimate bliss of self-realization, which is the direct experience of his identity with Brahman, the Supreme Reality. The duality of Lord and the devotes yet didn't cease. A long sigh escaped him. He turned to Lord Krishna and urged Him with reference."
