तुमचा अनुग्रहो गणेशु I जैं दे आपुला सौरसु I तैं सारस्वतीं प्रवेशु I बाळकाही आथी II 6 II
जी दैविकी उदारा वाचा I जैं उद्देशु दे नाभिकाराचा I तैं नवरससुधाब्धीचा I थावो लाभे II 7 II
जी आपुलियास्नेहाची वागेश्वरी I जरी मुकेयात अंगीकारी I तो वाचस्पतीशी करी I प्रबंधुहोडा II 8 II
हें असो दिठी जयावरी झळके I कीं हा पद्मकरु माथां पारुखे I तो जीवचि परि तुके I महेशेंशी II 9 II
एवढें जियेमहिमेचें करणें I ते वाचाबळें वानूं मी कवणें I कां सूर्याचिया आंगा उटणें लागत असे II 10 II
केउता कल्पतरूवरी फुलौरा I कायसेनि पाहुणेरु क्षीरसागरा I कवणें वासीं कापुरा I सुवासु देवों II 11 II
चंदनातें काइसेनि चर्चावें I अमृतातें केउतें रांधावें I गगना वरी उभवावें I घडे केवीं II 12 II
तैसें श्रीगुरुंचे महिमान I आकळितें कें असे साधन I हें जाणोनि मियां नमन I निवांत केलें II 13 II
"Addressing ShriGuru, the manifestation of the divine radiance, the profound illumination emanating from the Exalted One, Sant Dnyaneshwar says, You are the Pure KNOWLEDGE giver, I bow before You. You are the blooming of the KNOWLEDGE lotus. Ever absorbed in the divine essence of things, You transcend the "Para Vani", the highest, most subtle, and divine form of speech. It represents the source of all speech and thought, existing beyond the limitations of the mind and ordinary perception. It's often described as a state of Pure Consciousness, where communication is unified with the cosmic truth and oneness with the divine. I bow before You, for You are the Sun that dispels the darkness of the mundane worldly existence. Your might has no limits and is boundless. The youth of Your Turiya Avastha never ceases, for it is the fourth state of consciousness, transcending the usual three states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. It is a state of pure awareness, beyond thought and experience, where the individual realizes their true nature as the unchanging Self. You are the guardian of the universe and treasure of the auspicious jewels. If Sadhus and the Saintly Beings are the woods, then You are the fragrant Sandalwood. I bow before You O' Exalted One, the Supreme Self Realized Soul. If Conscientious, having responsibility, diligence, and a strong sense of duty are the Chakor Bird, who strives moonbeams for sustainance, then You the Exalted One are the Moon. You are the ocean of the Vedic mysticism, more radiant than most handsome. You are the purest place of devotion, I bow before You. If the worldly existence is the elephant during musth, then You destroy the temporal glands on the elephant's head whose secretions give rise to elephant's heightened aggression. I bow before you O' Exalted One, the source of the universe, the origin of all Creation. Your Grace in the form of Lord Ganesh powers the KNOWLEDGE so that even an ignorant person can comprehend it easily. Your assurance that they are in safe hands is a sweet ocean of the "nine rasas", the nine fundamental emotions or aesthetic flavors.
These rasas are Shringar (love/beauty), Hasya (laughter), Karuna (sorrow), Raudra (anger), Veera (heroism/courage), Bhayanakar (fear/terror), Bibhatsa (disgust), Adbhut (wonder/surprise), and Shanta (peace/tranquility).
It is so impactful that even the one unable to articulate may also compete with Lord Bruhaspati in writing skills. Those blessed to have Your hand on their head, the Padma Hasta, Padma means lotus, and Hasta means hand, a gesture of divine grace, the divine favor and blessings bestowed upon, elevates "Jeeva" (individual self) into "Shiva" (Universal Self). It signifies the journey from a limited, embodied state to a liberated, unified state of consciousness. To describe the force that makes these things happen will be like enhancing the radiance of the sun by colours. Just like Kalpavruksha, the divine wish fulfilling tree doesn't need the blooming flowers, the camphor doesn't need something else to make it fragrant, the ocean of milk doesn't need offering of delicacies, having Amrut, other food likes significance, the sandalwood doesn't need a coat over it, the sky cannot be canopied, similarly it is impossible to comprehend the greatness of ShriGuru. And therefore I contemplate Him silently and bow before Him."
