"Buddhi yog is a practice of acting with awareness. Karma may seem trivial to Buddhi yog but it is its means. This is because doing karma with controlling the mind, resisting worldly temptations and developing an unwavering intellect along with detaching oneself from the results of one's actions truly culminates into the state of a yogi. Lord Krishna said to Arjun, those who attain Buddhi yog transcend the mundane existence once and for all. For them the dual between the good merit of virtuous deeds and bad merit of sinful deeds ends."

Lord Krishna said, they do karma but without attachment to the results and therefore they remain untouched by the otherwise endless cycle of death and rebirth. Through Buddhi yog they attain the state of Supreme Bliss or Sublime Delight characterized by a transcendent condition of ultimate happiness and contentment.
