II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II


आहार तरी सेविजे I परी युक्तीचेनि मापें मविजे I क्रियाजात आचरिजे I तयाचि स्थिती II 349 II
मितला बोली बोलिजे I मितलिया पाउलीं चालिजे I निद्रेही मानु दीजे I अवसरें एकें II 350 II
जागणें जरी जाहलें I तरी व्हावें तें मितलें I येतुलेनि धातुसाम्य संचलें I असेल सहजें II 351 II
ऐसें युक्तीचेनि हातें I जैं इंद्रियां वोपिजे भातें I तैं संतोषासी वाढतें I मनचि करी II 352 II


"Lord Krishna said, a mindful approach to food, adequate yet limited. So are the actions. A person of few words, thoughtful in their communication and choosing their words carefully. Gait careful and not failing to take adequate sleep. Even if one has to stay awake late, it should be within limits, thus maintaining a balanced state of Sapta Dhatu, the seven tissues crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being. And therefore conscious engaging of senses, yet not allowing them to go rampant brings joy to the mind."
