हें काज कीर निर्वाण I परि आणिकही जें काहीं साधारण I तेंही अधिकाराचे वोडवेविण I काय सिद्धी जाय II 339 II
पैं योग्यता जे म्हणिजे I ते प्राप्तीची अधीन जाणिजे I कां जें योग्य होऊनि कीजे I तें आरंभिलें फळें II 340 II
तरी तैसी एथ काहीं I सावियाचि केणी नाहीं I आणि योग्यतेची काई I खाणी असे II 341 II
नावेक विरक्तु I जाहला देहधर्मीं नियतु I तरि तोचि नव्हे व्यवस्थितु I अधिकारिया II 342 II
येतुलालिये आयणीमाजीं येवढें I योग्यपण तूतेंही जोडे I ऐसें प्रसंगें सांकडें I फेडिलें तयाचें II 343 II
मग म्हणे पार्था I ते हे ऐसी व्यवस्था I अनियतासि सर्वथा I योग्यता नाहीं II 344 II

"Lord Krishna said, it is Yoga Marga, a practice that helps individuals on their path to self-discovery, freedom, and liberation, both within and beyond the confines of the physical body. But in general also competence of a doer plays a vital role in the successful completion of the task. In other words competence and realization or fulfillment of an endeavor go together. Is competence a thing that can be purchased in market or there is a mine of it where it is abundantly available? A person  inclined to dispassion yet if he performs the duties pertaining to his natural disposition diligently then is he not  competent? Similarly acting selflessly, without expectation of reward or recognition you too can attain the neccesary competence. In this way Lord Krishna clarified doubts in the mind of Arjun. In short by not conforming to performing duties without selfish motivations or expectations of reward that is like a basis, one can never attain competence."
