तरि कवणातें तापु पोळी I कैसेनि वो शोकु जाळी I जरि प्रसादरसकल्लोळीं I पुरें येसि तूं II 3 II
योगसुखाचे सोहळे I सेवकां तुझेनि स्नेहाळे I सोहंसिद्धीचे लळे I पाळिसी तूं II 4 II
आधारशक्तीचिया अंकीं I वाढविसी कौतुकीं I हृदयकाशपल्लकीं I परिये देसी निजें II 5 II
प्रत्यकज्योतीची वोवाळणी I करिसीं मनपवनाचीं खेळणीं I आत्मसुखाचीं बाळलेणीं I लेवविसी II 6 II
सतरावियेचें स्तन्य देसी I अनाहताचा हल्लरु गासी I समाधिबोधें निजविसी I बुझाऊनि II 7 II
म्हणोनि साधकां तूं माउली I पिके सारस्वत तुझिया पाउलीं I या कारणें मी साउली I न संडीं तुझी II 8 II
अहो सद्गुरुचिये कृपादृष्टी I तुझें कारुण्य जयातें अधिष्ठी I तो सकळ विद्यांचिये सृष्टी I धात्रा होय II 9 II

नवरसीं भरवीं सागरु I करवीं उचित रत्नांचे आगरु I भावार्थाचे गिरिवरु I निफजवीं माये II 11 II
साहित्यसोनियाचिया खाणी I उघडीं देशियेचिया क्षोणी I विवेकवल्लीची लावणी I हों देईं सैंघ II 12 II
संवादफळनिधानें I प्रमेयाचीं उद्यानें I लावीं म्हणे गहनें I निरंतर II 13 II
पाखांडाचे दरकुटे I मोडीं वाग्वाद अव्हांटे I कुतर्कांचीं दुष्टें I सावजें फेडीं II 14 II
श्रीकृष्णगुणीं मातें I सर्वत्र करीं वो सरतें I राणवे बैसवीं श्रोते I श्रवणाचिये II 15 II
ये मऱ्हाठियेचिया नगरीं I ब्रम्हविद्येचा सुकाळु करीं I घेणें देणें सुखचिवरी I हों देईं या जगा II 16 II
तूं आपुलेनि स्नेहपल्लवें I मातें पांघुरविशील सदैवें I तरि आतांचि हें आघवें I निर्मीन माये II 17 II
इये विनवणीयेसाठीं I अवलोकिलें गुरु कृपादृष्टी I म्हणे गीतार्थेंसीं उठीं I न बोलें बहु II 18 II
तेथ जी जी महाप्रसादु I म्हणोना साविया जाहला आनंदु I आतां निरोपीन प्रबंधु I अवधान दीजे II 19 II
"Addressing ShriSadguru, Sant Dnyaneshwar said, You are generous. I laud You. You are an inexhaustible wellspring of happiness. You are pure, exemplary. When the venomous snakes of the senses wrap around and suffocate, it's Your Grace that saves turning the poison ineffective. When Your grace comes roaring in high waves, it subdues the worldly sufferings and the fire of anguish. Your Grace gives unending bliss to the devotees. In a way You pamper them by bestowing the Self Realization. Rearing the devotees on Your Muladhar Chakra lap You bring about their union with the divine.
Kundalini Shakti, the dormant cosmic life force, resides coiled like a serpent at the base of the spine in the Muladhara Chakra, symbolizing our primal, material connection. Awakening this energy, often through yoga, meditation, and breathwork, involves uncoiling it to rise up the spine, activating other chakras, and leading to spiritual awakening, higher consciousness, and union with the divine. The Muladhara is the foundation where this potent energy rests, waiting to be activated for profound transformation.
With wholehearted caring for Your devotees and giving them mind and vital life force as plaything, You adorn them with the bliss of Self Realization. Nursing them by Amrut, the divine nectar, lull them by the song of Anahat sound,
Anahat is the "unstruck sound" or cosmic vibration heard in deep meditation, originating from the heart center (Anahata Chakra), described as the sound of silence or existence itself, and then leading them to fall asleep in the bliss of Samadhi.
Samadhi is a state of intense concentration achieved through meditation. In yoga this is regarded as the final stage, at which union with the divine is reached.
In this way the Grace-Full You are the mother to the aspirants. At Your auspicious feet, the language dwells in all glory. And therefore I take refuge in Your shadow eternally. When the compassionate gaze of Your Grace descends, it turns the devotee into a master of all Vidyas (knowledge), Lord Bramha. And therefore O' glorious You are the Kalpavruksha, the wish fulfilling divine tree to the devotees. And therefore I request You to give me command to do the exposition of the book comprehensively. It is the expression, an ocean of nine rasas, or aesthetic flavors, (the nine fundamental emotions considered to be the essence of human experience), resplendent in literary delights, with huge mountains of meaningful insights. A literary elegance in abundance. An awe-inspiring beauty in expression in the fertile land of Marathi. Let You plant many vines of Nityanitya-viveka, the discernment or discrimination between the permanent (Nitya) and the impermanent (Anitya). Let there be vast dense gardens of bountiful interactive fruits along with core philosophical principles or ultimate truths. Let there be no less-travelled trails of fruitless wrangling (unproductive arguments), crevices of non believers and savage animals of fallacious reasoning be destroyed. I want You to empower me to sing the virtues of Lord ShriHari. Let the the bliss of attentive listening be the kingship. In the city of vernacular Marathi, let there be abundance of Adhyatma and let people enjoy the exchange of the bliss of the Self Realization. If You hold Your Grace over me, then with Your blessings, I shall start the exposition right away. Having heard the humble request full of devotional love, ShriSadguru asked Sant Dnyaneshwar to begin the exposition of the meaningful insights of Shrimad Bhagwad Gita without delay. This elated Sant Dnyaneshwar. Treating His command as a Grace in kind he requested the listeners for their attention."
