तैसीं शुभाशुभें कर्में I जियें निफजती प्रकृति धर्में I तियें मूर्ख मतिभ्रमें I मी कर्ता म्हणे II 178 II
ऐसा अहंकारादि रूढ I एकदेशी मूढ I तया हा परमार्थ गूढ I प्रगटावा ना II 179 II
हें असो प्रस्तुत I सांगिजेल तुज हित I तें अर्जुना देऊनि चित्त I अवधारीं पां II 180 II

"Just like taking on head someone else's burden, the ignorant takes upon him the doership of good and bad karma influenced by Maya, the cosmic illusion that makes us believe the phenomenal world is real. It is worthless to advise such a selfish, adamant person about his faulty thinking and wrong understanding of karma. Let me now draw your attention to what is good for you said Lord Krishna to Arjun."
