"Lord Krishna said, those who pull their Chitta away from the enticement of the senses, and  hold it in control stay in that state forever. (Chitta is  the mind-stuff or the substance of consciousness, is the storehouse of past impressions and memories, which influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors).
Attaining Nirvana or Moksha, the liberation from the cycle of birth and death, achieved through devotion and understanding of the Self's true nature, such a person becomes one with the Parabrahma, the Supreme Reality or the ultimate source of existence, the Supreme Consciousness manifested.
Now you will ask me how they attain this state of Living Liberated, so let me tell you in brief."
