"Just like root cause of a mirage is the sun itself, not its rays, similarly though the Creation of the universe is seen as a manifestation of Prakruti, its guiding principle is Me only. That energy, which is the cause for the Creation of this entire universe and for its dissolution, is Me only said Lord Krishna to Arjun. I am the fundamental and underlying principle that connects and sustains all aspects of existence like a thread through beads. The "thread" represents the Supreme Being or the Divine Source, the one reality that is the foundation of all Creation.
The "beads" symbolize the diverse and seemingly separate entities, beings, and phenomena that make up the universe.
The entire necklace, with the thread and beads, represents the universe as a whole, interconnected and held together by the Supreme Being."
