पैं आदिचेनि अवसरें I विरूढे गगनाचेनि अंकुरें I जें अंतीं गिळी अक्षरें I प्रणवपीठींचीं II 40 II
जंव हा विश्वाकार असे I तंव जें विश्वाचिसारिखें दिसे I मग महाप्रळयदशे I कैसेंही नव्हे II 41 II
ऐसें अनादि जें सहज I तें मी गा विश्वबीज I हें हातातळीं तुज I देईजत असें II 42 II
मग उघड करूनि पांडवा I जैं हें आणिसी सांख्याचिया गांवा I तैं ययाचा उपेगु बरवा I देखशील II 43 II

"In the beginning of Creation, That which sprouts from the ether, and at the dissolution of the universe That which swallows even the three syllables A, U and M of Omkar, representing the waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states of Consciousness. The universe has a form while it exists. At the worldly deluge, it still remains eternally, but without form. Similarly the Supreme Reality, the underlying source and essence of everything, That which is not created by anything else but exists in its own right, the beginning-less is Me. I am the seed of the universe. It symbolizes the potential for all Creation to emerge from a single, unmanifest source. I thus gave you the KNOWLEDGE leaving no ambiguity said Lord Krishna to Arjun. He urged Arjun to understand it profoundly and then with the sense of discrimination put it into practice."
