"There are those devotees who roam around the world singing praises of non dual Me. Integrating the Pran, the vital life force with chanting the name of Lord anchors the mind and deepens their experience. Surrounded by the thorny fence of Yama Niyamas', the ethical guidelines and observances, there is a strong fortification of Mulabandha inside. Mounted on the fortification is the Pranayam cannon. The radiant glow of upward surging Kundalini Shakti aided by the mind and Pran, the vital force when ascends and peeks into the Sahasrara Chakra, also known as the Crown Chakra, the seventh and highest energy center in the body, this union marks the release of Amrut, the divine nectar or ambrosia which is said to bring about a sense of bliss, peace, and profound understanding. The Sahasrar Chakra, is associated with wisdom, understanding, enlightenment, and a sense of unity with the universe mirroring Lord Shiva's qualities of transcendence and unity. Thus the Sahasrar Chakra is deeply associated with Lord Shiva.
The crescent moon on His head is a significant symbol associated with Lord Shiva. The nectar or Amrut associated with the Sahasrar Chakra is called "the lake of Chandramrut", the nectar or essence of the moon that flows down from the Sahasrar Chakra, nourishing and enlightening the individual. Then comes valour of Pratyahar, withdrawing the senses from external objects and turning them inward. Then comes Dharana, holding together the Panchamahabhutas' embodying physical qualities, energy characteristics, and biological functions like the horses of the chariot held together by rein. When the mighty army of Sankalpa is destroyed. Dhyan symbolizes the symbolic sound of drums used to celebrate a triumph or victory. The undisputed rule reigns with the state of absorption or deep immersion. Samadhi, the crowning glory is a state of blissful absorption. Lord Krishna said, the devotion to Me is deep and elaborate. Those having the pervasive KNOWLEDGE that l am everywhere in the universe just like a cloth is full of thread from one end to the other, those having the realization that from Lord Bramha to a small fly everything is My manifestation and so do not make any distinction between higher and lower, animate and inanimate. Those who are unassuming of their greatness, are not judgemental, respect everyone touching their feet without distinction. Humbleness is in their nature just like water falling from height reaches bottom on its own. Just like a branch of a tree laden with fruit bends, so is their humbleness before all beings. Modesty is their wealth and are never condescending. All of these attributes they dedicate to Me. Being humble to all, all the time they are beyond honour and dishonour, prestige and disgrace etc. Remaining absorbed worship incessantly. This was all about great devotion. Now let Me have your attention for those who worship Me by Dnyan Yadnya."
