"Among weapons, I am the Vajra (thunderbolt). It is wielded by Lord Indra, known to have performed hundred yadnyas. Among cows, I am Kamdhenu, the celestial wish fulfilling cow said Vishvaksen to Arjun. Vishvaksen is another name of Lord Krishna. Rati's husband Kamdev (the God of love) also known by the name Madan is Me. Among serpents, He is Vasuki, the king of poisonous snakes. Among the Nagas (divine serpents), His vibhuti is the great divine serpent Ananta, upon whose head the universes are said to revolve. Among gods of water and rain, I am Varun. He is associated with the west direction. Varun's domain as the "King of Waters" makes him the natural ruler of the west, a direction that is associated with the vital element of water. Lord Krishna calls Himself to be Aryama, the presiding deity of the Pitrus (departed ancestors), which signifies His pervasive presence and influence even in the realm of the departed. There are those like Chitragupta who maintain a detailed record of all good and bad deeds of living beings.Yama, acting as the God of Justice, uses these records to determine the appropriate rewards or punishments, leading to different realms (such as heavens or hells) or determining the conditions for the soul's next reincarnation. Know Me as Yama said Lord Krishna to Arjun describing His divine manifestations and glories."
