II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II


जी लोचनां भाग्य उदेलें I मना सुखाघें सुयाणें पाहलें I जे अगाध तुझें देखिलें I विश्वरूप इहीं II 338 II
हें लोकत्रयव्यापक रूपडें I पाहतां देवांही वचक पडे I याचें सन्मुखपण जोडे I भलतयाकडुनी II 339 II
ऐसें एकचि परि विचित्रें I आणि भयानकें बहु वक्रें I बहुलोचन हे सशस्त्रें I अनंत भुजा II 340 II
अनंत चारु बाहु चरण I बहूदरें आणि नानावर्ण I कैसें प्रतिवदनीं मातलेपण I आवेशाचें II 341 II
हो कां महाकल्पाचिया अंतीं I तंवकलेनि यमें जेउततेउतीं I प्रळयाग्नीचीं उजितीं I आंबुखिलीं जैसीं II 342 II
ना तरी संहारत्रिपुरारींचीं यंत्रें I कीं प्रळयभैरवांचीं क्षेत्रें I नाना युगांतशक्तीचीं पात्रें I भूतखिचा वोडविलीं II 343 II
तैसीं जियेतियेकडे I तुझीं वक्त्रें जी प्रचंडें I न समाती दरीमाजी सिंहाडे I तैसे दशन दिसती रागीट II 344 II
जैसें काळरात्रीचेनि अंधारें I उल्हासत निघती संहारखेचरें I तैसिया वदनीं प्रळयरुधिरें I काटलिया दाढा II 345 II
हें असो काळें अवंतिलें रण I कां सर्वसंहारें मातलें मरण I तैसें अतिभिंगुळवाणेंपण I वदनीं तुझिये II 346 II
हे बापडी लोकसृष्टि I मोटकी येवी पाहिली दिठी I आणि दु:खकालिंदीचिया तटीं I झाड होऊनि ठेली II 347 II
तुज महामृत्यूचिया सागरीं I आतां हे त्रैलोक्यजीविताची तरी I शोकदुर्वातलहरी I आंदोळत असे II 348 II
एथ कोपोनि जरी वैकुंठें I ऐसें हन म्हणिपैल अवचटें I जे तुज लोकांचें काइ वाटे I तूं.ध्यानसुख हें भोगीं II 349 II
तरी जी लोकांचें कीर साधारण I वायां आड सूतसें वोडण I केवीं सहसा म्हणें प्राण I माझेचि कांपती II 350 II
ज्या मज संहाररुद्र वासिपे I ज्या मज भेणें मृत्यु लपे I तो मी एथें आहाळबाहळीं कांपें I ऐसें तुवां केलें II 351 II
परि नवल बापा हे महामारी I इया नाम विश्वरूप जरी I हे भ्यासुरपणें हारी I भयासि आणि II 352 II


"Seeing the grand Vishwaroop unfolding before eyes was like fortune of their eyes dawned with joy abundant. Today even a mundane can behold the grand Vishwaroop that astonishes even gods. It is the oneness encompassing the multitude of terrifying mouths, eyes, infinite hands holding weapons, thighs, stomachs, legs having many colours, roaring with force. Your every mouth appears starving as if bent to consume everything in its wake. Your gruelling mouths spread across are like the roaring, frightening fire at the world dissolution, or as if the cannons firing the wrath of Lord Shiva for the destruction of the universe with gangs of bhairavas unleashed. The terrifying teeth protruding out of mouth are just like a huge lion not accomodated in it's den. Your teeth covered with blood are like devil merrying in dark. Your terrifying mouth is like Yama's call for war with death reared by the worldly deluge. A glimpse of this terrifying stare on the creation inflicts sufferings like the trees on the shore of river Yamuna burnt by the poison of Kaliya serpent. You are the ocean of destruction of destructions. The three worlds is like a boat caught in its rough waters, heaving up and down and swaying. On this You may say why is it bothering me so much? I should rather focus on the contemplation. But there is a reason for me doing so. It is actually the terror I am experiencing that I am expressing through their sufferings. What Your terrifying look has done is that it has instilled fear in Arjun who is feared by Kal Rudra, Lord Shiva in his aspect as the destroyer of the universe and time and by whose fear even Yama, the Lord of death goes in hiding. But the greatest miracle is that even though it is called as Vishwaroop, it is truly an end in itself because it's terror has brought even fear to its knees."
