"Lord Krishna said, the worldly attachments is a delusion, something that is believed to be true or real but that is actually false or unreal. The only truth is the imperishable soul, the One formless principle that dwells within all beings, yet invisible to physical eyes. The universal essence that pervades all three worlds transcending physical limitations, yet is without form, shape or colour. A singular essence that underlies the multitude of forms and phenomena in the universe and exists within and beyond everything, highlighting the unity of life and existence.
The all encompassing, omnipresent soul is our quintessential core being.
The soul is neither born, nor does it ever die; nor having once existed, does it ever cease to be. The soul is without birth, eternal, immortal, and ageless. It is not destroyed when the body is destroyed."
आणि शरीरजात आघवें I हें नाशवंत स्वभावें I म्हणोनि तुवां झुंजावें I पांडुकुमरा II 136 II
"The body in general is destructible in nature. And therefore you must fight the war without doubt said Lord Krishna to Parth, the son of King Pandu."
तूं धरूनि देहाभिमानातें I दिठी सूनि शरीरातें I मी मारिता हे मरते I म्हणत आहासी II 137 II
तरी अर्जुना तूं हें नेणसी I जरी तत्त्वतां विचारिसी I तरी वधिता तूं नव्हेसी I हे वध्य नव्हती II 138 II
"Lord Krishna said, the mistaken notion that you are your body is creating a delusion that you are the killer and the Kauravas' are going to be killed by you. But neither is true. Neither you are the slayer, nor they are going to die."
