II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II


ना तरी प्रकृतिमंतु होउनि I इंद्रियां लळा देउनी I जे हें माझें मत अव्हेरुनि I ओसंडिती II 194 II
जे सामान्यत्वें लेखिती I अवज्ञा करूनि देखती I कां हा अर्थवादु म्हणती I वाचाळपणें II 195 II
ते मोहमदिरा भुलले I विषयविखें घारले I अज्ञानपंकी बुडाले I निभ्रांत मानीं II 196 II
देखें शवाच्या हातीं दिधलें I जैसें कां रत्न वायां गेलें I ना तरी जात्यंधा पाहलें I प्रमाण नोहे II 197 II
कां चंद्राचा उदयो जैसा I उपयोगा नवचे वायसा I मूर्खा विवेकु हा तैसा I रुचेल ना II 198 II
म्हणोनि ते न मानिती I आणि निंदाही करूं लागती I सांगे पतंग काय साहती I प्रकाशातें II 199 II
पतंगा दीपीं आलिंगन I तेथ त्यासी अचुक मरण I तेवीं विषयाचरण I आत्मघाता II 200 II
तैसे जे पार्था I विमुख या परमार्था I तयांसी संभाषण सर्वथा I करावेंना II 201 II


"Entangled in Maya and giving to cravings of senses those who will ignore what I said, will call it trivial or look down upon it or would consider it as an empty talk are no doubt intoxicated by worldly attachments, surrounded by venom of senses and drowned in the swamp of ignorance.
The discourse of Karma Yog is as futile to the ignorant as a priceless jewel in the hand of a corpse or just like start of the day in the morning is meaningless to the born blind or the rise of the moon above the horizon means nothing to the crow. And therefore not only they take it lightly but condemn it too. Nothing else is expected from them. Just like bright glowing light is intolerable to moth. It jumps on to the flame and gets burnt. Similarly sense gratification proves suicidal to the ignorant. And therefore Arjun said Lord Krishna, talking about spirituality  with the ignorant should be avoided."
