"Illustrating how hazardous the lust and anger are Lord Krishna said, they burden the body like big rocks on the mountain. Their entanglement is like the fence enforced by the senses. They are the effects caused by Rajo Gun (Mode of passion) impelling a person to act and making a person restless. It is the Avidya that pampers lust and anger. Avidya is a false perception by which the ignorant Jiva takes the body and intellect as pure, permanent and a source of pleasure. Though they arise from Rajo Gun, it is the Tamo Gun that finds their company more pleasurable. Due to this fondness the Tamo Gun bestowed to lust and anger it's inherent attributes, Delusion and Attachment."
