"Sanjay said to Dhrutrashtra, let me now describe the Yog Marga or Ashtanga advised by Lord Krishna to Arjun.
(Ashtanga is the practice based on the eight limbs of Yog outlined as: Yama (moral codes), Niyama (observances), Asana (postures), Pranayam (breath control), Pratyahar (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyan (meditation), and Samadhi (absorption)). It's a great coincidence for us to be able to savor this delicacy of KNOWLEDGE served by Lord Narayan to Arjun. Indeed a fortunate occurrence that turns water into Amrut, the divine nectar of immortality. In this way the Supreme KNOWLEDGE comes within our reach. Cutting him in mid sentence however Dhrutarashtra rebuked Sanjay saying that I didn't ask you to tell me these things. Dhrutarashtra's agitation conveyed Sanjay of the things going on in Dhrutarashtra's head. Dhrutarashtra's excessive affection for his son Duryodhan clouded his judgment, causing him to prioritize his son's happiness and desires over the well-being of the kingdom and his other relatives, the Pandavas. Realizing this with the knowing smile he spoke with self. He said, this old man is getting carried away by the excessive attachment to his son and his ambitions and therefore cannot think with reason any more. The enlightening and delightful dialogue between Lord Krishna and His beloved Arjun means nothing to him. What more can be expected from him, because the growing light as the sun rises has no meaning for the person who is born blind. Sanjay said all this silently in his mind, not aloud because he feared of the rage of Dhrutarashtra."
