"Lord Krishna said, the non-duality of Sanyasi and Yogi is universally acclaimed, praised and approved enthusiastically by sacred writings of almost all religions. The very essence of the Karma Yog is realized when while doing karma "Sankalpa-Vikalpa"cease. Sankalpa is the initial intention or resolve to act, while Vikalpa is the subsequent process of deciding whether to pursue that intention or to reject it. This cycle of Sankalpa and Vikalpa is a fundamental aspect of the material mind, leading to fluctuations and potential conflict. The person who lives this is a Sanyasi in a truer sense said Lord Krishna to Arjun."
