"Lord Krishna said to Arjun, the Yoga you find so difficult is actually quite easy. All you have to do is destroy the five offsprings of 'Sankalpa' namely Kama (Lust), Krodh (Anger), Lobh (Greed), Moh (Attachment), and Ahankar ("I" Consciousness) and make 'Sankalpa' lament on his children's death. These are the five major weaknesses of the human personality that hinder spiritual growth. 'Sankalpa' is a strong deliberate intention or resolve, a powerful intention that guides one's actions and thoughts. When the news of the destruction of the subjects of the senses along with the control of the senses will reach him, the Sankalpa will die of broken heart. Such dispassion puts an end to the 'Sankalpa' once and for all, paving the way for the intellect to walk the path to bliss with firm resolve."
