बुद्धि धैर्या होय वसौटा I तरी मनातें अनुभवाचिया वाटा I हळु हळु करी प्रतिष्ठा I आत्मभुवनीं II 378 II
याही एकें परी I प्राप्ति आहे विचारीं I हें न ठके तरी सोपारी I आणिक ऐकें II 379 II
आतां नियमुचि हा एकला I जीवें करावा आपुला I जैसा कृतनिश्चयाचिया बोला I बाहिरा नोहे II 380 II
जरी येतुलेनि चित्त स्थिरावे I तरी काजा आलें स्वभावें I नाहीं तरी घालावें I मोकलुनी II 381 II
मग मोकलिलें जेथ जाईल I तेथूनि नियमूचि घेऊनि येईल I ऐसेनि स्थैर्यचि होईल I सावियाचि कीं II 382 II

"When intellect (the ability to understand or reason) is combined with determination (the quality of being resolute and unwavering), it will walk the mind to the house of True Self through realization. I want you to know that in this way Self Realization can be attained. However if you find this too unattainable then listen to me attentively, for there is yet another easy way said Lord Krishna to Arjun. With firm resolve one must walk his talk. By doing this if the mind steadies, well and good. If not then dont hold it back from going rampant. Let it go. Bring it back from wherever it has gone. In this way slowly the mind will get habitual to steadying within."
