"A mind steadied allows a person to better connect with their True Self. When the mind is calm and present, it's easier to access inner awareness, and a deeper understanding of one's authentic Self. Seeing the True Self, the duality (the experience of separation and difference) dissolves into non-duality (the experience of oneness) to become one with the divine. The profoundness of this union illuminates the realm of the three worlds. The clouds appear distinct from the sky. Yet when they merge into it, there is only the all encompassing, all pervading sky that remains. When 'Chitta' merges into the Supreme Reality, it indicates the end of mental fluctuations and the attainment of a state of Pure Awareness or Enlightenment. This is not a destruction of the mind, but rather a transformation of it, where the individual mind ceases to be a separate entity and becomes one with the Universal Consciousness. This is another feasible way to attain Self Realization said Lord Krishna to Arjun."
