"Shutting the doors of the senses, the practice of withdrawing the senses from external objects and focusing inward and restricting the mind, it stays confined in the heart just like the person with fractured limbs has limited movement. Then with the mind steadied inside, contemplating Omkar, the primordial sound (AUM), through the lens of life force (Pran), slowly direct the life force through the Sushumna to the Chidakash. There "Akar, Ukar, Makar" that represent the three foundational sounds or syllables that make up the complete sound Omkar thus merge into their source (dot)."
II श्रीराम जय राम जय जय राम II
