"A small mouthful fed by child to father, although picked from father's plate itself, delights father so much that he turns to the child in anticipation of more. Similarly O' Wise audience, I hope you receive my naivety with affection so that it won't burden you. Just like mother cow's milk outpours as the baby pushes on her udder, similarly the Wise love the devotee more even at the displeasure of the devotee. I speak assuming your latent grace is awakened by my narration. Just like moonlight needs no ripening, the wind needs no telling how it should blow, no boundary can hold the sky. Just like the water needs no thinning, the butter needs no churning, similarly my words find themselves inadequate to describe the very essence of Bhagwad Gita. It is beyond me to paraphrase the essence of Bhagwad Gita in Marathi, describing which even the Vedas went into slumber. Yet I am attempting it to win your affection. So now let me have your Grace-full attention that is cooler than the moonbeams and potentially more livening than Amrut, the divine nectar that will fulfill my wish. Your Grace-full gaze showering upon me would culminate into fruition all that is learned and experienced. Else the sprouted green shoot of KNOWLEDGE would turn dry. An attentive listener is a kind of nourishment for the speaker. The active listening encourages the speaker to expound the fundamental truths emphatically. The meaning awaits the utterance of expression. The meaning gives way to the comprehensive understanding. The intellect flourishes just like a flower opens and expands as it blooms. Just like blowing of the wind makes the rain clouds to shower, a strong speaker-audience relationship is built on engagement, where the audience actively participates and responds to the speaker's message. With the ignorant audience or in the absence of wind, the clouds disperse. Just like the Moonstone Gemstone (Chandrakant Mani) is governed exclusively by the moon, only the audience decides who is a good speaker, who is not. The rice need no convincing that they taste sweet. The puppets do not need to beg the puppeteer. Why should we bother about whether the puppeteer pulls the strings for the puppets' benefit or for his own good? All that you wanted to say is received and understood. It's time to narrate what Lord Krishna said. Your wish is my command acknowledged Sant Dnyaneshwar, the obedient disciple of ShriNivruttinath. He said, let me now have your attention to what Lord Krishna said."
