तरी आघवांचि गुणीं वृद्ध Iजे महर्षींमाजीं प्रबुद्ध I कश्यपादि प्रसिद्ध I सप्तऋषी II 92 II
आणिकही सांगिजतील I जे कां चौदाआंतुल मुदल I स्वयंभू मुख्य वडिल I चारी मनु II 93 II
ऐसे हे अकरा I माझ्या मनीं जाहाले धनुर्धरा I सृष्टीचिया व्यापारा - I लागोनियां II 94 II
जैं लोकांची व्यवस्था न पडे I जैं या त्रिभुवनाचें कांहीं न मांडे I तैं महाभूतांचें दळवाडें I अचुंबित असे II 95 II
तैंचि हे जाहाले I मग इहीं लोक केले I तेथ अध्यक्ष रचूनि ठेविले I इहीं जन II 96 II
म्हणोनि अकराही हे राजा I मग येर जग याचिया प्रजा I एवं विश्वविस्तारु हा माझा I ऐसेंचि जाण II 97 II
पाहें पां आरंभीं बीज एकलें I मग तेंचि विरूढलिया बूड जाहालें I बूडी कोंभ निघाले I खांदियांचे II 98 II
खांदियांपासूनि अनेका I फुटलिया नाना शाखा I शाखांस्तव देखा I पल्लव पानें II 99 II
पल्लवीं फूल फळ I एवं वृक्षत्व जालें सकळ I तें निर्धारितां केवळ I बीजचि आघवें II 100 II
तैसें मी एकचि पहिलें I मग मी तेंचि मनातें व्यालें I तेथ सप्त ऋषि जाले I आणि चारी मनु II 101 II
इहीं लोकपाळ केले I लोकपाळीं विविध लोक स्रजिले I लोकांपासूनि निपजलें I प्रजाजात II 102 II
ऐसेनि हें विश्व येथें I मीचि विस्तारिलोंसें निरुतें I परि भावाचेनि हातें I माने जया II 103 II

"Saptarshi, the seven revered Great Sages (WISE men) namely Atri, Bharadvaj, Gautam, Jamadagni, Kashyap, Vasishtha, and Vishwamitra and the first four of the fourteen Manus Swayambhuva Manu, Swarochisha Manu, Uttama Manu, and Tapasa (Tamasa) Manu together eleven came into being from My mind to govern the Creation, each presiding over a distinct period (Manvantar) within a day of Brahma's life. When the realm of the three worlds had not established fully and the Panchamahabhootas' were yet not active, the seven Great Sages and the four Manus came into being. They established Trilokas the "three worlds" or "three realms": the heavenly realm (Svarga Lok), the earthly realm (Bhulok), and the netherworld (Patala Lok). They appointed eight Lokpal's, a group of eight deities as guardians of eight directions. The eight Lokpal are:
Indra: East
Agni: Southeast
Yama: South
Surya: Southwest
Varun: West
Vayu: Northwest
Kuber: North
Som: Northeast
These are the eleven kings and rest are the people under their rule. In this way the whole expanse of the universe is actually of Me. In the beginning there is one seed. It sprouts a root and then a shoot. This evolves into a seedling with true leaves, which then develops into a larger sapling. The sapling continues to grow, gaining more leaves and branches, eventually becoming a mature tree. But looking closely, the tree is but the seed expanded. Similarly the Supreme Reality or foundational truth from which all existence originates is Me only. The mind originated from Me. The mind gave birth to Saptarshi, the seven revered Great Sages and the four Manus'. They brought into being the Lokpals' who gave rise to beings of different kinds. Together they comprised of the whole population. In this way the whole universe is but My expanse. This however can be realized only by those who seek Me through the bhavas."
