मग तेथ सैंघ देखे वदनें I जैसीं रमानायकाचीं राजभुवनें I नाना प्रगटलीं निधानें I लावण्यश्रियेचीं II 197 II

तंव नानावर्णें कमळवनें I विकासलीं तैसें अर्जुनें I नेत्र देखिले पालिंगनें I आदित्यांचीं जैशीं II 203 II
तेथेंचि कृष्णमेघाचिया दाटी I माजीं कल्पांत विजूंचिया स्फुटी I तैसिया वन्हि पिंगळा दिठी I भ्रूभंगातळीं II 204 II
हें एकैक आश्चर्य पाहतां I तिये एकचि रूपीं पांडुसुता I दर्शनाची अनेकता I प्रतिफळली II 205 II
मग म्हणे चरण ते कवणेकडे I केउते मुकुट कें दोर्दंडें I ऐसी वाढविताहे कोडें I चाड देखावयाची II 206 II
तेथ भाग्यनिधि पार्था I कां विफलत्व होईल मनोरथा I काय पिनाकपाणीचिया भातां I वायकांडें आहाती II 207 II
ना तरी चतुराननाचिये वाचे I काय आहाती लटिकिया अक्षरांचें सांचे I म्हणोनि साद्यंतपण अपाराचें I देखिलें तेणें II 208 II
जयाची सोय वेदां नाकळे I तयाचे सकळावयव एकेचि वेळे I अर्जुनाचे दोन्ही डोळे I भोगिते जाहले II 209 II
चरणौनि मुकुटवरी I देखत विश्वरूपाची थोरी I जे नाना रत्नअलंकारीं I मिरवत असे II 210 II
परब्रम्ह आपुलेनि आंगें I ल्यावया आपणचि जाहला अनेगें I तिये लेणीं मी सांगें I काइसयासारिखीं II 211 II
जिये प्रभेचिये झळाळा I उजाळू चंद्रादित्यमंडळा I जे महातेजाचा जिव्हाळा I जेणें विश्व प्रगटे II 212 II
तो दिव्यतेजशृंगारु I कोणाचिये मतीसी होय गोचरु I देव आपणपेंचि लेइले ऐसें वीरु I देखत असे II 213 II
मग तेथेंचि ज्ञानाचिया डोळां I पहात करपल्लवां जंव सरळां I तंव तोडित कल्पांतींचिया ज्वाळा I तैसीं शस्त्रें झळकत देखे II 214 II
आपण आंग आपण अलंकार I आपण हात आपण हतियार I आपण जीव आपण शरीर I देखे चराचर कोंदलें देवें II 215 II
जयाचिया किरणांचे निखरपणें I नक्षत्रांचे होत फुटाणे I तेजें खिरडला वन्हि म्हणे I समुद्रीं रिघों II 216 II
मग काळकूटकल्लोळीं कवळिले I नाना महाविजूंचे दांग उमटले I तैसे अपार कर देखिले I उदितायुधीं II 217 II


"The numerous mouths of Vishwaroop were both peaceful and wrathful. They were beautiful palaces, treasures of opulences, joy abundant where beauty rules. On the other hand there were mouths fearsome to behold, like armies of worldly dissolution (pralay) rushing at great speed into a blazing fire to meet their complete destruction. The gigantic fortresses of fear. The mouths of death itself. The devouring mouths representing the inescapable nature of mortality and the unstoppable power of time. The countless mouths seen as devouring all the warriors on the battlefield, as a destroyer, or Kal (Time), which consumes all things in the end. Despite being granted the Divine Vision, Arjun's mind was still terrified and overwhelmed. His "Eyes of Wisdom" could intellectually grasp the idea of a universal form, but he was emotionally and mentally unable to process the divine's wrathful aspect, which embodies the destruction of the entire cosmos. The vision showed him that even though the intellect can know God, it cannot fully comprehend the magnitude of God's power. When he looked at the eyes of Vishwaroop, they were like blooming lotus flowers. As if a thousand suns were to rise in the sky at once, the light would be comparable to Vishwaroop's divine radiance. Like a flash of brilliance lighting in dark clouds, the brilliance of fire in the eyes emanated from between the curves of eyebrows. The experience was both majestic and terrifying for Arjun, but it served to solidify his understanding of Lord Krishna's Omnipotence and the cosmic order. The more he thought about His crown, His hands, His feet, Arjun's yearning for His illumination grew with no bounds. Arjun's fortune was undeniable. So things happening in his favor were obvious. How can the quiver of Lord Shiva have ineffective arrows? The false words have no place on the tongue of Lord Bramha. Lord Krishna who cannot be comprehended fully even by the Vedas, Arjun could see His every facet distinctly and closely. From feet to head Arjun found Him adorned resplendently, embellished in a brilliantly beautiful, magnificent, or dazzling way. To wear the adornments, the Parabramha became them. It is difficult to find an analogy to describe these adornments. That which makes the sun and moon glow, that which is the underlying essence of the Supreme radiance, that brilliance is the sublime beauty and opulence of the Vishwaroop. The comprehension of its KNOWLEDGE is beyond intellect. The Divine Vision granted by Lord Krishna to Arjun enabled him to behold this all encompassing awe inspiring form. The adornments of Vishwaroop is not about physical ornaments but is about its cosmic and metaphysical attributes. The "ornaments" that adorn this divine form are the vastness of the universe itself, including all of Creation, time, and destruction. When courageous Arjun looked at His straight beautiful hands. The sharp weapons the hands held were like the flames of fire at the ultimate destruction of the universe. Arjun realised that the adornment and the body part wearing it, hands and the weapon wielded by it, the individual soul and the body, in all these pairs both were He, in a way He occupies all animate, inanimate Creation fully in entirety. The blazing pointed rays emanating from the weapons were popping the stars. The overwhelming radiance scared even Agni, the fire that sought refuge in the ocean. They were as fierce and intimidating as the high waves of Kalkut poison capable of destroying all worlds. Or as frightening as the flashes of lightening at the dissolution of the universe."
