तरि जीवीं ऐसे आवाकें I म्हणे दास्य करीन निकें I जैसेनि गुरु कौतुकें I माग म्हणती II 404 II
तैसिया साचा उपास्ती I गोसावी प्रसन्न होती I तेथ मी विनंति I ऐसी करीन II 405 II
म्हणेन तुमचा देवा I परिवारु जो आघवा I येतुले रूपें होआवा I मीचि एकु II 406 II
आणि उपकरतीं आपुलीं I उपकरणें आथवा जेतुलीं I माझीं रूपें तेतुलीं I होआवीं स्वामी II 407 II
ऐसा मागेन वरु I तेथ हो म्हणती श्रीगुरु I मग तो परिवारु I मीचि होईन II 408 II
उपकरणजात सकळिक I तें मींचि होईन एकैक I तेव्हान उपास्तीचें कौतुक I देखिजेल II 409 II 

"Lord Krishna said, now let Me illustrate to you how he performs ShriGuru's external service. The disciple often visualizes various ways to serve ShriGuru effectively, so that pleased by my service he may grant a wish as a reward. Then with utmost reverence I would seek from him a wish to become his Parivar. Guru Parivar implies the community of disciples, devotees, and like-minded people who consider themselves part of a larger family, or lineage united by the Guru's teachings. My wish is to become the implements of his worship. When ShriGuru grant my wish, I become his Parivar. The profoundness of Guru Upasana, worshipping the Guru is when the disciple effectively embodies every aspect of the Guru's being and the items used in the worship."
