"To be influenced by other's duties is something Arjun found very intriguing. He asked his beloved Lord Krishna, Lord please tell me why does it happen that even the wise stray from their self absorbed state ? Even those gifted with the power of discrimination between good and bad are attracted to doing things alien to their nature in turn violating their Swa-dharma. Just like a blind person fails to separate the chaff from grain, why is it so that even the wise get confused  and make mistakes? There are those with dispassion who live like a hermit but not for long and return back to the mundane existence again. And also there are those who hide from desires and thereby avoid the sin, why do they too get succumbed to it? The thing we hate often pulls us to it more powerfully. We cannot take it out of our mind. And oftentimes we are forced to do it against our will. What is it that compels even the wise to do such strange things urged Arjun to Lord Krishna."
